About

Loudform started as an argument in a print shop, and got out of hand.

Why a steelworks

Cities like this one were built by people who made loud, heavy, useful things. We think design still has something to learn from them. So we fill their old buildings with people who make things now, and ask them to show their working.

There are no sponsors on stage, no keynote slots for sale and no lanyards. There are three rooms, a lot of noise and a canteen where the best conversations happen.
