Questions
Are there strobe lights?
Yes, at some evening sets and in the Cooling Tower. Each one is marked in the programme, and you can hide them with one tick.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the event, then transferred up to 48 hours before. Your ticket provider handles this.
Where do I buy tickets?
Every ticket button takes you to our ticket provider's site, where you finish your purchase. Nothing is sold on this site.
Is there a student ticket?
Yes, with valid ID on the door. Check its current status on the tickets page.
Is the venue step-free?
Every stage and the Canteen are step-free. The Access Hub has a Changing Places toilet and wheelchair charging.
Do I need an account for My Loudform?
No. Your plan stays in this browser on this device. Clearing your browser data clears your plan.
How does the Mixing Desk choose sessions?
It uses your faders and limits to pick the best set of sessions that don't clash. It's a suggestion, so you can change anything afterwards.
Can I bring children?
Under-16s are welcome with an adult at daytime sessions. Evening sets are 18 and over.
